By applying for and participating in the Jewel of Bengal beauty pageant, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

That Juris Legit’s Jewel of Bengal contest is open for single, married, widowed, single mothers and divorcees but you the applicant must be a natural-born female of Indian origin and passport holder.

That you the Applicant must be above 18 years of age at the time of filling up Juris Legit’s Jewel of Bengal application form.

That you the Applicant must be of good health and moral character and not have been convicted of any criminal act.

That you the applicant agree to behave in a manner befitting the title of Juris Legit’s Jewel of Bengal and it must be in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the contest as per the schedule given. That you must conduct yourself in a proper manner and portray high moral standards. Candidates will not consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smoke or use foul language anytime and/or misconduct themselves during the course of the entire contest.

That if you the applicant provides any incorrect information, then the same will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during and/or after the Event.

That any entry that is received after the last date will not be accepted. The Management will not be responsible for entries that are lost and/or delayed in transit.

That all the entries received till the last date will be called for the 1st round of selection and/or audition and the finalists will be selected out of them only.

That the entries will be judged by a panel of eminent Jury members and/or Judges. The decision of the Jury Members and/or the Judges and/or the Management will be final and binding on every participant. No correspondence in connection with the procedure adopted and/or the result will be entertained.

That in the event of any dispute, the Management’s decision will be final and binding on all the participants.

That you the Applicant hereby agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the pageant and the same may and/or may not be changed from time to time by the Management and you the Applicant shall not raise any objection to the same whatsoever.

That the schedule of the event’s qualification rounds and/or audition round and/or grand finale is subject to change and the date would be at the absolute discretion of the Management and you shall not raise any objection(s) whatsoever in this regard.

That the virtual audition will take place online and the physical audition and grand finale will be offline. The Management has the sole right to take the decision to make the auditions online and/or virtual.

That you the Applicant agree that have paid the Registration Fees of Rs 799.00 all inclusive {if applicable} by way of an online payment using the payment gateway of Juris Legit and/or by way of a direct transfer from your bank accounts to the bank accounts of Juris Legit and have received a receipt for this transaction.

That it is further clarified herein that you will not and/or have not pay any amount to any person over and above the above stated amount as the same is all inclusive. Further, you are aware that Juris Legit does not accept any cash payment.

That the Registration Fee paid by you towards Auditions (online / offline / virtual / digital) as the applicant is non-refundable and non-adjustable under any and/or all circumstances.

That the expenses incurred by you the applicant to attend the Physical Audition {if selected} round would need to be borne for by you the Applicant from your pockets only.

That only the Applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the physical auditions.

That the Management has all the rights to cancel, reschedule, postpone and /or amend the show.

That if any dispute arises, the same will be settled by way of Arbitration and the decision awarded by the Arbitrator will be binding on all the Parties. The Management will have the sole right to appoint the Arbitrator. That the jurisdictions for the resolution of any dispute will the Courts of Law at Kolkata (West Bengal) only.
